RETURNS

All sales are final once paid. Returns will not be accepted. If your item got damaged during transport, please contact us.

We may be able to offer you a store credit. You can contact us via email, Facebook or Instagram.

Shipping and handling is out of my control. If they happen to arrive with a part detached (each arm, leg or bow ect are attached separately when they are being made), or with a broken pcs, they are totally fixable with a bit of a strong fast drying glue and alining the pcs well. If you don’t want to do that, understandable you can ship back the clay at your cost and get a full refund for it.

SHIPPING

Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days. If you purchase priority shipping processing time still applies.

Post Office runs are Monday-Friday.

PLEASE NOTE

These clays are HANDMADE and vary from one clay to the next. Due to being handmade, each item is unique, and may have "normal," very small/ not obvious flaws.
