We take great pride in carefully preparing and packaging every order to help ensure your handmade items arrive safely.

🎀 ORDER PROCESSING

Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact details provided at checkout.

💗 PACKAGING & HANDLING
Our handmade clay dolls are delicate and require special care.

Every order is carefully packaged using protective materials, including bubble wrap and tissue paper, to help protect your items during shipping.

Due to the fragile nature of clay, small pieces such as bows, arms, legs, or accessories may occasionally detach during transit.

Minor detachments that can be easily repaired with suitable glue do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or store credit under our standard policy.

🚚 SHIPPING & USPS TRACKING

Once your package is handed over to USPS, delivery schedules and tracking updates are managed by the carrier.

Please keep in mind:

  • USPS tracking updates may occasionally be delayed.
  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
  • We recommend signing up for USPS text or email tracking notifications.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

We will assist with shipping concerns when possible.

📦 COMBINED ORDERS

When possible, multiple orders placed by the same customer may be combined into one shipment.

If duplicate shipping charges were collected and orders are successfully combined, shipping charges may be refunded.

💌 DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives with significant damage that cannot be easily repaired, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your name, order number, and a clear picture of the damaged items.

Eligible severely damaged items may receive store credit after review.
