Do to packaging I have to change the minimum to 4 items at check out. My smallest boxes fit 4-6 clays depending on size. Any CLAY orders with 3 items or less will automatically be credited, as for clays that are out stock they will also be given as store credit.

In addition, our dolls are made of clay and they are fragile items, they are packed in bubble wrap very well and the box is alined with bubble wrap and tissue paper. Shipping and handling is out of my control. If they happen to arrive with a part detached (each arm, leg or bow ect are attached separately when they are being made), or with a broken pcs, they are totally fixable with a bit of a strong glue and alining the pcs well.
The other solution would be a store credit.
