Due to the rising cost of packaging and shipping materials and the special care required when shipping our delicate handmade products, we require a minimum purchase of 6 clay dolls or 3D items per order.

  • The minimum applies ONLY to clay dolls and 3D items.
  • You may mix and match clay dolls and 3D clay items to reach the 6-item minimum.
  • Orders containing 1–5 clay dolls or 3D items will automatically be canceled and refunded.
  • This minimum does NOT apply to silicone molds, resin eyes, resin stickers, DIY clay kits, or other products.

Our clay dolls are delicate, handcrafted items that require careful handling.

Each order is packaged with protective materials, including bubble wrap and tissue paper, to help ensure your items arrive safely.

However, due to the fragile nature of clay, small pieces such as bows, arms, legs, or accessories may occasionally detach during transit.

πŸ’³ Store Credit Eligibility

Store credit is offered under our standard policy only in the following situations:

1. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, store credit will be issued for the unavailable item.

2. Severely Damaged Items

If your item arrives with significant damage that cannot be easily repaired, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, and a clear picture of the damaged item.

Once we review your claim, eligible items may receive store credit.

Because every clay doll is handmade, slight variations, marks and tiny, barely noticeable imperfections are normal and do not qualify for store credit.

Our handmade clay dolls are delicate and small pieces may occasionally detach during shipping and require simple reattachment upon arrival.
