Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

🎀 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are generally final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind.

💕 STORE CREDIT ELIGIBILITY

Store credit is offered under our standard policy only in the following situations:

1. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable or is out of stock after your purchase, store credit will be issued for the unavailable item.

2. Severely Damaged Items

If your order arrives with significant damage that cannot be easily repaired, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your name, order number, and clear photographs of the damaged items.

Once we review your claim, eligible items may receive store credit.

📦 MINOR SHIPPING DAMAGE

Our handmade clay dolls are delicate. Small pieces such as bows, arms, legs, or accessories may occasionally detach during shipping.

Minor detachments that can be easily repaired using suitable glue do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or store credit under our standard policy.

🎀 HANDMADE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Each clay doll is individually handmade and unique.

Slight differences in shape, size, color, and small details, as well as tiny, barely noticeable handmade imperfections, are normal.

These natural variations do not qualify for store credit under our standard policy.

📦 MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT

A minimum purchase of 6 clay dolls or 3D items is required per order.

Orders containing 5 items or fewer will be canceled and refunded.
